Dear Friend of the All Soul Acoustic Coffeehouse,
The Coffeehouse has been bringing nationally known performers to Tulsa to showcase the best in contemporary acoustic music since 2001, and we are writing to ask you to become a Coffeehouse Sponsor. The majority of sponsorship funds is used to pay for advertising which helps us grow awareness of our series in the region and keep our audience levels steady. Thanks for your consideration!
We typically present 9 concerts from September to May with ticket prices at $15.00, or $13.00 for seniors and students, unless otherwise noted. Sponsorships are available for the 2 portions of our season; the Fall Season and the Spring Season.
Fall 2009
4 concerts (see Schedule for performers and
dates)
(individual ticket price of $60, or $54 for seniors (55+) and students; please note that tickets for the September show with Jimmy LaFave are all $15, no senior/student discount.)
Spring 2010 (schedule to be determined)
5 concerts
(typical individual ticket total is $75, or $65 seniors/students)
At each sponsorship level, you will receive the following:
Levels of Sponsorship
$100.00 - name recognition.
$500.00 - 2 series tickets (for either the Fall or Spring season) or 1
series ticket for both Fall and Spring seasons, name recognition.
$1000 or above - 4 series tickets (for either the Fall or Spring
concerts) or 2 series tickets for Fall and Spring, name recognition.
Name recognition means your (or your organization's) name will appear in many of our promotional materials, including our website, posters, and e-mail newsletters, and advertising. Your name is also prominently displayed at each show at our ticket table.
